NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a vacancy exists for the Board of Directors of the Orange Cove Fire Protection District.  This vacancy will be filled pursuant to California Government Code section 1780. Special districts; method of filling vacancies on elected governing boards; term. All interested parties must submit a letter of interest to the Orange Cove Fire Protection District Board of Directors, prior to February 23rd, 2026. The vacant position will be filled at the regularly scheduled Board meeting on February 27th, 2026, at Orange Cove Fire Station, 550 Center Street.
